Florock is proud to offer its customers superior support in getting LEED certification. In order to assist you with making your project as environmentally friendly as possible, we have compiled a list of ways to help achieve LEED status.

 

Environmental Quality

Credit 4.2 Low Emitting Materials:
Almost all Florock products meet or exceed VOC requirements for floor coatings. The popular Floropoxy line is mostly comprised of zero VOC products.

 

Material and Resources

Credit 1 Building Reuse:
Some Florock flooring systems, such as Florobuild or Florocrete, can be used to rehabilitate existing flooring.

Credit 2 Construction Waste Management:
Florock offers many packaging options to reduce waste, most pails can be recycled and kits can be ordered broken-up to cut down on box waste.

Credit 4.1 Recycled Content:
Florock’s new Eco-Blend products are made with 25% or 33% post-consumer recycled glass.
